This Website (JFredettelifestyle.com) is operated by JFredette Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to JFredette.
When you place an Order, you will be sent an ‘Order Confirmation’ via email detailing the Products that you have Ordered, and any specifications required for. You will receive another email with the tracking details (if available or tracking was purchased) once your Order has shipped as well as any tracking notifications where available.
Once an order is placed in fulfillment and confirmed for fulfillment the order cannot be stopped.
If we are unable to fulfill your order it will be Cancelled, and you will receive a Full Refund for your Order. We will contact you via email in the unlikely event that this occurs.
The Payment Methods that we accept are and most major Credit & Debit Cards, PayPal, Klarna.
If your order is shipping to an address other than the billing address associated with your credit card, we may contact you to list the alternate address with your credit card company. To prevent fraudulent use of your card, your order won’t be processed until your payment is confirmed.
To list the alternate address with your credit card company, call the 800 number on the back of your card and ask the agent to add the address to the notes on your account. Listing the address with your financial institution before you submit your order that is shipping to an alternate address helps us process your order quickly and more confidently.

Prices shown on the Website are Correct and Current at the time of Visiting this Site and/or Placing an Order. We reserve the right to adjust prices where necessary on the website in line with any Price increases. Any Specials or Deals advertised are only available at the time of Visiting this Site and/or Placing an Order and may not be available on subsequent visits/orders.

All monitors and screens display color differently and may not accurately represent how your order will arrive. Please keep this in mind when ordering as we are unable to accept most returns for this reason.
Please allow 3-5 days Business days for your Order to be fulfilled before Shipping.

Orders that are provided tracking are supplied with Tracking numbers once Shipped.

Please contact us immediately if your Parcel has not arrived as per the Tracking information supplied.
We will not cover the loss of a parcel where the customer has input the wrong address; it has been deemed safe by USPS, FedEx or the provided carrier to be left on premises or if it has been signed for by unknown parties. This includes if an order is Returned to Sender 'Address Unknown'.
If an Order needs to be re-sent after being 'Returned to Sender' the customer must pay full reshipping fees of the Postage costs for this item.

While all care is taken in the packaging and shipment of items, JFredette takes no responsibility for items Lost, Damaged or Delayed by postal carriers. JFredette Inc. does offer Shipping insurance through Route for any damage, theft, or lost of the package once the postal carrier has marked delivered. Once carrier marks delivered it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the packages safety. We can not be held liable for any lost or damages to a package once it is marked delivered and the sales contract has been fulfilled.

In the unfortunate case that your order never comes or is broken upon arrival, you can easily file a claim with Route and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed. We are excited to offer this service to you and we highly recommend you use Route+ package protection at checkout. *Claims for packages marked "delivered" must be filed after 5 days and before 15 days from the date the package was marked "delivered." Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 (20 for international) days and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.

Returns & Refunds

Many items can be returned and are eligible for a refund. unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise purchased online that shipped to a U.S. address for a store credit (JFredette E-Gift Card) within 30 days from the date your order shipped.
All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Enjoy extended holiday returns until January 10th for orders placed between November 24th and December 15th. Please allow three weeks for your return to be processed during this time of year.

Due to the Lunar New Year holiday. Some of our suppliers are off or on limited staff from February 09, 2021 to 16 February 2021 for the holiday. Please note we are processing orders, and some are being sent out during this time.
